family life and sexuality education for elementary students, +requiring family
life and sexuality education programs in secondary schools; granting +parents or
guardians opt out authority; specifying certain notice requirements +of school
districts; requiring the establishment of policies and procedures to +restrict
the availability of educational materials to students excused from +the
programs; authorizing the department of education to offer certain +program
implementation assistance to school districts, authorizing contracts +with
school districts, local health agencies or nonprofit organizations to+ establish
regional training sites; appropriating money to the department for +program
grants and contracts; repealing a certain existing provision +providing for
programs to prevent and reduce the risks of sexually transmitted +infections and
diseases (ra, ja)
