Relating to retirement under the Minnesota state colleges and universities
(MnSCU) system; authorizing the board of trustees to extend tax sheltered
annuity program vendor contracts in effect before a certain date; authorizing
and providing for the purchase of prior service or leave credit in the teachers
retirement association (TRA) by certain participants in the higher education
supplemental retirement plan, providing for the transfer of funds from member
supplemental retirement accounts to purchase the credit; increasing the maximum
employer contribution limit to the higher education supplemental retirement plan
