superintendent to inform prosecuting authorities of +subjects of court
disposition records in suspense requiring fingerprinting; +clarifying the duty
of persons in charge of penal institutions to furnish certain +information to
the BCA on released prisoners; expanding district public defender +access to
criminal justice data; requiring the juvenile and criminal +information task
