eliminating the requirement for the commissioner of administration to+ establish
rental fees for the Fort Snelling chapel; requiring the deposit of +fees paid
for contracted products and services within state parks, recreation +areas or
waysides in the natural resources account for crediting to the state +parks
account; exempting Tettegouche state park and Red River state +recreation area
from state park permit and fee requirements; requiring the crediting +of
receipts from tours at Forestville state park to the state parks +working
capital account; modifying certain requirements for lease to the +Minneapolis
park and recreation board of Fort Snelling state park athletic fields+ and golf
course operations, providing for certain charges; requiring revenue +from the
lease of the Fort Snelling upper bluff except payments for the costs +of the
water line to be credited to the state park account, requiring +separate
tracking of upper bluff revenue and expenses and authorizing use of +money in
the account derived from leasing or operation of the bluff for the +payment of
certain expenses; modifying certain provisions relating to the +establishment of
Greenleaf Lake state park in Meeker county; adding certain lands to +Cascade
River state park in Cook county, to Charles A. Lindbergh state park +in Morrison
county, to Crow Wing state park in Crow Wing, Cass and Morrison +counties, to
Forestville Mystery Cave state park in Fillmore county, to George H. +Crosby
Manitou state park in Lake county, to Itasca state park in Hubbard, +Clearwater
and Becker counties, to Maplewood state park in Otter Tail county, to+ Monson
Lake state park in Swift county, to Split Rock Creek state park in +Pipestone
