Requiring school boards to ensure the participation of all school age children
residing in the district whether attending public, nonpublic or home schools in
cocurricular and extracurricular activities; requiring all participants in
extracurricular activities to pay the same amount of money to participate;
prohibiting school boards from precluding resident pupil participation in shared
time programs except on a capacity basis (ra)
