victim services and in consultation with the sexual assault advisory council to
counties to establish sexual assault multidisciplinary action response teams to
develop interagency protocols following the process developed as the Minnesota
model sexual assault response protocol, requiring collaboration with the sexual
violence justice institute of the Minnesota coalition against sexual assault;
specifying certain response team membership requirements and representation
options; providing for grant distribution by the executive director of the
center; appropriating money to commissioner for the grant program, requiring use
of a certain amount for technical assistance and training services by the sexual
violence justice institute, specifying a grantee match requirement (je)
