Minnesota resources and environment and natural resources trust funds+ to
various agencies for Mesabi trail land acquisition and development continuation,
for the Gateway trail bridge, the bucks and buckthorn +program for young hunters
and for restoring fish and wildlife habitat corridors; +requiring the
legislative commission on Minnesota resources to continue +studying park issues,
authorizing recommendations to the legislature; dedicating a +certain amount of
a certain prior appropriation to the LCMR for a park +systems study commission
to an agreement with the association of Minnesota counties+ to identify and
develop a comprehensive list of regional parks outside +the metropolitan area
