final disposition within a few days of death; eliminating authority for body
removal by certain noncompensated persons; modifying definitions and defining
terms; removing obsolete terms; requiring funeral establishments and
crematories to employ a licensed funeral director; eliminating authority for
noncompensated persons to complete death records; requiring a certificate of
custody transfer for body transfer, delivery, and acceptance and clarifying
certificate retention; removing the use of dry ice for body preservation;
repealing the term mortician
