Authorizing the board of trustees of the Minnesota state colleges and
universities (MnSCU) to transfer to the historic Pipestone Indian school
superintendent house and gymnasium at the Minnesota west campus to the keepers
of the sacred tradition of pipemakers for use as a museum and resident academy;
appropriating money to the commissioner of trade and economic development (DTED)
for a grant to the keepers of the sacred tradition of pipemakers for asbestos
removal and restoration planning at the historic Pipestone Indian school(rla)
