3E Relating to health occupations; modifying grounds for disciplinary action by
the board of nursing by adding conviction of a felon-level criminal sexual
offense; increasing the compensation paid to the health-related licensing board
members and authorizing compensation to non-health related licensing board
members; specifying participating board duties; expanding conditions for which
program managers report to participating boards; clarifying applicability;
appropriating money to the boards of behavorial health and therapy, chiropractic
examiners, dentistry, dietetics and nutrition practice, marriage and family
therapy, medical practice, nursing, nursing home administrators, optometry,
pharmacy, physical therapy, podiatric medicine, psychology, social work, and
veterinary medicine
