commissioner of natural resources (DNR) from legislative approval requirements;
authorizing the exchange of county lakeshore lands for leased farmed wild rice
lands; authorizing and providing for the sale of certain school trust fund land
bordering public water and for public and private sales of certain surplus state
lands in Lake county and for the conveyance of certain surplus state land in
Mower county; establishing the Hill Lake wildlife management area and
authorizing and providing for the private conveyance of certain consolidated
conservation land in Aitkin county; adding certain lands to the Hill River state
forest and to the Aitkin wildlife management area (ra, ja)
