construction project and project construction costs and defining depreciation
guidelines under the nursing home bed moratorium

ARTICLE 2 - CONTINUING CARE
FOR THE ELDERLY

Changing the term lead agency under medical assistance (MA)
alternative care program individual care plan requirements; requiring the county
to provide access to and arrange for case management services under the
alternative care and elderly waiver programs and to notify the county of
financial responsibility of the approved care plan and the amount of encumbered
funds; expanding elderly waiver tribal management authority to any state
federally recognized tribal governments
