Establishing a mental health services professional grant program under the
authority of the higher education services office to provide grants to
Asian-Pacific American students entering or enrolled in a graduate level program
in mental health services, specifying eligibility requirements; requiring
graduate schools wishing to participate in the program to apply to the HESO for
grant money, requiring the school to establish criteria for awarding of the
grants and specifying a grant minimum and maximum; specifying certain money
application process and distribution responsibilities of the HESO (ra)
