Authorizing elementary or secondary schools to make participation on a team
sport dependent upon a demonstrated level of skill and ability; prohibiting
opposite gender participation on athletic teams of one gender; requiring state
high school league rules and guidelines conformance; "Student Physical Privacy
Act"; providing for the privacy and safety of all public school students;
requiring public school student restrooms, and locker, changing and shower rooms
to be designated for exclusive use by students of one sex or the other sex
