engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, geoscience and interior
design; setting license and certification fees and providing for timely payment;
specifying certain continuing education requirements and criteria for programs,
activities and courses, exempting certain license or certificate holders from
the requirements and providing for reciprocity; requiring renewal applications
to include a completed continuing education form; specifying certain license or
certificate holder recordkeeping requirements; providing for probationary status
for noncompliance with continuing education requirements and for reinstatement
of lapsed licenses or certificates; increasing the maximum civil penalty for
practice violations; repealing a certain rule(ra, ja)
