remodeling of the Eagan and New Brighton examination stations and the

on I-94; appropriating money to the commissioner of public safety to improve
driver testing facilities and operations ARTICLE 2 - STATUTORY MODIFICATIONS
Imposing an instruction permit possession duration requirement for adult drivers
license eligibility purposes and modifying the instruction permit possession
requirement for minors; authorizing the commissioner of public safety to accept
paid advertising for department publications, requiring use of revenue to defray
costs of publications, media productions or other informational materials,
prohibiting acceptance of paid advertising from elected officials or candidates
