options; authorizing an individuals to request to have a mailed copy of a notice
provided by using alternative methods; authorizing a governing body of a
political subdivision to designate a public web site as its official Web site;
authorizing a political subdivision to satisfy publication requirements by
posting required notices on Web site; specifying exceptions; modifying the
definition of posted notice; repealing certain provisions relating to the
publishing of public notices
