Modifying certain duties of the Minnesota health data institute; requiring the
institute to annually prepare reports assessing the performance of health plan
companies and health care delivery systems, hospitals, clinics and other
provider organizations for dissemination to consumers, purchasers, policymakers
and other interested parties, specifying certain report content requirements;
expanding consumer survey requirements, requiring a survey to measure consumer
satisfaction with health plan companies and health care delivery systems;
appropriating money to the commissioner of health for the institute (ra)
