persons submitting documents, failure to pay filing fee, collection and good
standing definition, county recorder electronically filed notices, computerized
filing of tax liens and notices, business corporations filing articles,
corporate certificates of authority application and name change notices;
providing a secretary of state automatic name reservation for corporations,
cooperatives, cooperative associations, nonprofit corporations, limited
partnerships and limited liability companies failing to file annual renewals;
modifying provisions relating to cooperative articles of organization, uniform
limited partnership administrative dissolution, application for certificate of
authority, revocation of certificate of authority and name changes filed in home
state; modifying provisions relating to limited liability companies application
information and certificates of authority amendments, numbering, maintaining and
indexing records and communicating information provided in records, uniform form
of written financing statement and amendment, fees, farm product liens and
inquiries and financing signatures; modifying provisions relating to expedited
process to review and determine financing statement effectiveness definition,
