AMENDMENT

Proposing an amendment to the Minnesota constitution, article VIII,
section 6 to eliminate the specified list of grounds for recall of elected state
officials, allowing the voters to determine the grounds

ARTICLE 2 - CONFORMING
AMENDMENTS

Making certain conforming amendments to certain statutory provisions
relating to recall of state officers, providing for the filing of petitions for
recall to the secretary of state; repealing certain provisions prescribing the
recall procedure based on established grounds
