E Modifying certain provisions regulating lawful gambling; defining + and
redefining certain terms; clarifying for lawful purpose expenditure +purposes
authorized expenditures relating to certain humanitarian or military +service
and for veterans organizations membership events and modifying the +authorized
expenditures for certain energy and sewer costs; eliminating the +authority of
the director of the gambling control board to charge manufacturers a +fee for
pull tab dispensing devices to cover certain testing and analysis +costs;
creating an exception to the prohibition on distributor purchase of +gambling
equipment for resale from nonlicensed manufacturers for equipment +returned from
licensed organizations; increasing the prize value limit for the +conduct of
raffles without a license; requiring applicants for renewal of a +gambling
manager license not fulfilling certain continuing education training
requirements to pass an examination; eliminating the social security +number and
photograph requirements from licensed organization gambling employee
registration forms and certain identification card requirements and +imposing a
requirement for public display of employee names; clarifying the +employee
compensation electronic transfer requirement; prohibiting +organizations selling
pull tabs and tip boards on leased premises within booth operations +from
employing the lessor of the premises or an employee of the lessor; +modifying
certain manufacturer and distributor price filing requirements; +including
volume discounts in a certain provision prohibiting gambling +equipment sales at
other than the filed price; imposing certain rent limits for leased +premises;
clarifying a certain provision providing for the payment of certain
expenditures; requiring tickets for high school raffles to be sold at+ the same
price, prohibiting sales to minors and requiring school districts or +nonprofit
organizations holding raffles grossing over certain amounts per year +or per
raffle to annually report certain information to the board; repealing+ the
requirement for licensed organizations to annually submit employee +compensation
