restitution payments in the crime victims account, requiring the court to record
the name and address of the victim and the amount deposited for forwarding to
the crime victims reparations board; expanding the definition of economic loss
in the case of injury for crime victims reparations purposes to certain forced
moving expenses, limit; extending the time limit for filing reparations claims
and exempting all child abuse cases from the limit (rla)
