Relating to traffic regulations; requiring vehicles to be driven in the
right
hand lane of freeways, expressways and laned highways, exceptions;
requiring the commissioner of transportation (DOT) to erect appropriate signs on
interstate highways and freeways for instructional purposes and the commissioner
of public safety to include in the drivers manual instructions relating to the
requirement and to encourage and solicit public service announcements for
education purposes
