public waters inventory maps and lists to reflect certain changes and to correct
errors; expanding the authority of the commissioner and conservation and peace
officers to enforce laws preserving and protecting wetlands and public waters to
all waters of the state; modifying the definition of boathouse, eliminating the
definition of houseboat and defining motorboat for public waters work permit
purposes, modifying the authority of the commissioner to issue the permits and
providing for the recording of orders of the commissioner; clarifying certain
permit application fee requirements
