Requiring the commissioner of human services to determine MinnesotaCare program eligibility for certain part time adult students, requiring proof of school enrollment and employment under MinnesotaCare; providing an exemption from the four month uninsured requirement under the program for certain persons losing employer subsidized health insurance coverage (rla)
