Minneapolis police department crisis intervention team for +determination of the
client status of apprehended individuals and the involved physicians, therapists
or case managers; authorizing county welfare agencies +determining subjection of
newborns to threatened injury to disclose private data +on individuals to health
care providers for certain notice of birth +request purposes, requiring notified
providers to report the birth to the +agency within a certain number of hours of
the birth for maltreatment prevention +purposes; requiring the common entry
point for vulnerable adult abuse reports +to notify local medical examiners
