MinnesotaCare program eligibility purposes; exempting families with children and
individuals applying for the program upon termination from continuation coverage
and individuals applying upon termination of other health coverage due to loss
of status as a dependent from the four month uninsured requirement, defining
termination from continuation coverage; repealing the prohibition on coverage
under general assistance medical care (GAMC) and MinnesotaCare in the same
