safety and immunization information and parents to provide immunization records
to providers for provider recordkeeping and availability requirements purposes,
specifying certain child immunization and provider local health ordinance and
building and fire code compliance requirements; requiring counties to offer an
enhanced registration category with certain additional requirements for
nonlicensed registered providers, specifying certain background study and
licensing history check requirements; requiring counties to pay licensed child
care providers directly for eligible child care expenses, authorizing direct
payments to nonlicensed registered providers or to parents; extending the sunset
on the interim expansion of unlicensed child care providers (mk, ja)
