E Authorizing and providing for the harvesting of farmed elk (cervidae) on
licensed shooting preserves; specifying license application requirements and an
annual fee and a limit on the number of elk shooting preserves allowed to be
licensed by the commissioner of agriculture; restricting game available to
farmed elk from herds in the accredited program of the board of animal health;
specifying certain preserve location, size, boundaries posting and fencing
requirements; authorizing the commissioner to revoke shooting preserve licenses
under certain conditions; prescribing the open harvesting season, exempting
harvesting of authorized species of elk on licensed preserves from hunting
license requirements and specifying authorized weapons; authorizing licensees to
establish certain restrictions; specifying certain elk identification and
