bureau managed or federal searchable database within 72 hours; requiring
criminal justice agencies with incident knowledge resulting in firearm
possession disqualification to electronically enter information into the
national instant criminal background check system within 72 hours; requiring
prisoner release data to be electronically entered within 24 hours and requiring
data conversion in 72 hours; requiring law enforcement agencies to
electronically enter data within 24 hours; requiring prior civil commitment and
felony convictions to be entered and converted; requiring a criminal and
juvenile justice information policy group report to the legislature by a certain
date
