1E Relating to traffic regulations; prohibiting vehicles from driving in the
left hand lane of freeways, expressways and controlled access highways,
exceptions; requiring the commissioner of transportation (DOT) to erect
appropriate signs on interstate highways and freeways for instructional purposes
and the commissioner of public safety to include in the drivers manual
instructions relating to the requirement and to encourage and solicit public
service announcements to educate the motoring public
