Entitling public school students to an education without serious classroom
disruption, defining serious classroom disruption; requiring school employees
consistent with the requirements of the pupil fair dismissal act to respond in a
timely manner to student requests to remedy disruption through appropriate
disciplinary action and to make alternative placement opportunities available to
the requesting or disruptive student at the discretion of school officials;
requiring students seeking remedies to exhaust administrative remedies before
seeking judicial review, procedure, specifying certain duties of the school
board (rla)
