date for child safety purposes; requiring the commissioner of human +services to
maintain a link from the department licensing division web site to +the federal
consumer product safety commission web site addressing crib safety +information;
requiring licensed child care providers to maintain certain +documentation for
cribs used by or accessible to children in day care, prohibiting use +of or
accessibility to undocumented cribs; requiring license holders to +annually
check crib brand names and model numbers against the consumer product+ safety
commission web site listing unsafe cribs, specifying certain +documentation
requirements; requiring license holders periodic safety inspections +of cribs
used by or accessible to children, specifying certain documentation requirements
and requiring immediate removal of cribs with unsafe +conditions; requiring
commissioner documentation review under certain conditions +and authorizing
certain actions against license holders failing to comply+ with the
requirements; providing an unsafe presumption and specifying certain +dangerous
features or characteristics; authorizing the retrofitting of unsafe +cribs for
