1E Requiring the adjutant general to establish a program to provide interest
free loans to certain members of the national guard or other military reserve
units called to active federal service and deployed outside the country,
specifying eligibility requirements and certain limits; granting surviving
spouses of eligible members eligibility for the loans upon the death of the
member; authorizing the adjutant general to adopt rules to provide additional
eligibility criteria for the loans and to impose application and origination
fees, requiring crediting of the fees to an account in the special revenue fund
and appropriating money in the fund to the adjutant general for administrative
expenses; requiring repayment within a certain number of years of the date of
loan origin
