3E Relating to employment; providing temporary MinnesotaCare coverage for
unemployed persons including family coverage, sunset provision; providing for a
workforce support fee and a workforce health coverage account; requiring
commissioner of human services to review quarterly the sufficiency of funds in
the workforce health coverage account for possible reduction of the workforce
support fee under certain conditions; requiring commissioner of employment and
economic development (DEED) to deduct and withhold a certain percent of the
applicant weekly benefit for deposit into the workforce health coverage
