E Prohibiting reversion of unexpended money in the public safety + officers
benefit account to the general fund until payment or denial of public+ employer
claims for reimbursement for the costs of continuing health insurance+ coverage
for disabled peace officers or firefighters; requiring the +commissioner of
public safety to reimburse public employers for the costs at the +close of the
fiscal year, requiring proration under certain account insufficiency +conditions
and requiring commissioner reimbursement from the general fund to +public
employers denied reimbursement in fiscal year 2002 (ra, ja)
