2E Designating the bridge over the St. Louis River on trunk highway #23 in St.
Louis county as the Biauswah bridge in honor of native American veterans,
requiring the commissioner of transportation (DOT) after consultation with the
Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa to adopt a suitable marking design
and to erect appropriate signs; authorizing the commissioner of natural
resources (DNR) after consultation with and agreement of the band and the city
of Duluth to name and dedicate the cemetery in Duluth on land leased to the band
by the city as the Roussain cemetery and to adopt a suitable marking design and
to erect appropriate signs, nonstate funds costs payment requirement
