vehicles operated as taxicabs at the Minneapolis-St. Paul +international
airport, subjecting older vehicles to annual safety inspections; +requiring MAC
to allow taxicab owners to pay the annual airport taxi lanes use +permit fee in
quarterly installments, prohibiting a resulting fee increase; +authorizing
personal representatives of deceased taxicab permit holders to +transfer the
permits to certain members of the immediate family of the permit +holder upon
the death of the holder, requiring transferee compliance with +applicable MAC
ordinance requirements (mk, ja)
