and foster and adoptive parents to attend appointments with health care
providers not able to be scheduled +during nonwork hours and authorizing
employees to use personal sick leave benefits +provided by employers for
absences due to illness of or injury to elderly or +disabled parents,
grandparents, stepparents, foster parents, adoptive parents +and parents of a
