covenants relating to airline operations serving the Minneapolis-St. Paul international airport and requiring repayment of all outstanding bond obligations and surrender of previously granted rent reductions pursuant to covenant terms in the event of a merger, prohibiting the MAC from modifying or eliminating current covenants
