for correctional purposes, for costs of certain independent medical examinations
and for certain inmate injuries suffered while +performing assigned duties in
the Faribault correctional facility; requiring the +department of natural
resources to use an existing appropriation for payment to +certain persons of

by the department as full and final settlement of the claim+ against the state,
