Providing for the creation and termination of memorial fund trusts, +providing
for the addition of funds to trusts established for the benefit of +one or more
individuals with a single transfer, subjecting memorial fund trusts +to the
Minnesota uniform custodial trust act; providing for the transfer of +additional
funds; authorizing and providing for trustees and beneficiaries of +trusts not
under court supervision to enter into binding nonjudicial settlement +agreements
relating to certain specified matters, providing for validity and +specifying
certain notice requirements; eliminating the requirement for the +presentation
of duplicate affidavits to successor of decedents in collection of +personal
property by affidavit; providing an effective date for certain prior +amendments
to a certain provision providing for the revocation of wills by +marriage
dissolution (ra)
