Relating to liquor; authorizing licensed brewer off-sales of malt +liquor
produced using only Minnesota wort and packaged on the licensed +premises
(brewpubs) with a license issued by the city or county under a +certain retail
barrels sales limit and packaging and labeling conditions; extending +the time
limit for posting by the commissioner of public safety of verified +lists or
statements from liquor distillers, manufacturers or wholesalers +relating to
retailers with delinquent credit; authorizing cities to issue on-sale
intoxicating liquor, wine or beer licenses to theaters, defining +theater;
authorizing the city of Minneapolis to issue on-sale intoxicating +liquor
licenses to the historic Pantages theatre and to the American Swedish+ institute
and to issue on-sale wine and malt liquor licenses to the Jungle +theater, the
Guthrie lab and the Southern theatre; authorizing the issuance of +on-sale 3.2
percent malt liquor (beer) licenses to golf courses; removing +restaurants
located at licensed racetracks from the exclusions from on-sale +intoxicating
liquor license issuance limits and adding hotels and bowling centers +to the
exclusions; expanding the provision authorizing the provision of +liquor
samples; authorizing the dispensing of distilled spirits in certain +small
bottles by licenses golf courses or common carriers; authorizing the +cities of
Blaine, Duluth, Hastings, Maple Grove, St. Joseph, St. Michael, +Sartell,
Stillwater, Thief River Falls, Waconia, Woodbury and Elko to issue a +certain
number of additional on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses and the +city of St.
Paul to issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor license to the Minnesota centennial
showboat and a license to holders of state fair +concessions contracts with the
state agricultural society for the on-sale of +Minnesota produced wine at the
fair in connection with the sale of food(je)
