control agency supplemental appropriation provided for WIF construction program
administration. Sec. 7: board of water and soil resources supplemental
appropriation provided for professional and technical services to replace
wetlands. Sec. 8: metropolitan council transit supplemental appropriation
provided for transit preservation and expansion. Sec. 9: public safety disaster
assistance matching funds supplemental appropriation provided. Sec. 10:
department of natural resources supplemental appropriation provided for Mille
Lacs treaty litigation costs. Sec. 11: Minneapolis employees retirement fund
payments one-time reduction provided. Sec. 12: campaign finance and disclosure
board supplemental appropriation provided for legal costs incurred during
defense of a constitutionality challenge. Sec. 13: gambling control board
workers compensation claims appropriation provided. Sec. 14: previous adult
basic education (ABE) aid appropriation for year 2001 increased. Sec. 15: adult
basic education supplemental services appropriation provided. Sec. 16:
additional early childhood family education (ECFE) aid provided for year 2001.
Sec. 17: previous early childhood family education aid appropriations increased.
Sec. 18: previous maintenance appropriation for the former Minnesota
correctional facility-Sauk Centre increased. Sec. 19: previous management and
support services program appropriation increase provided and portion dedicated
for litigation costs. Sec. 20: previous facilities management appropriation
increased for office space costs of the legislature and veterans organizations.
Sec. 21: commissioner of finance authorized to pay federal government rebates in
order to maintain federal tax exemption of specified bonds. Sec. 22: state
license and service fees dedication provisions clarified. Sec. 23: managing
general agent license and fees defined as applicable to licensed insurance
agent. Sec. 24: resident hunting license fees increased. Sec. 25: nonresident
hunting license fees increased. Sec. 26: resident fishing license fees
increased. Sec. 27: nonresident fishing license fees increased. Sec. 28:
Minnesota sporting license fee increased. Sec. 29: fish house and dark house
license fees increased. Sec. 30: nonresident fish house license fees increased.
Sec. 31: whitefish and cisco netting license fee increased. Sec. 32: trapping
license fee increased. Sec. 33: youth deer license fee increased. Sec. 34:
department of natural resources operations support appropriation provided. Sec.
35: effective date. Sec. 36: previous charter school building lease aid formula
modified. Sec. 37: adult basic education program requirements modified. Sec. 38:
adult basic education aid formula modified and definitions provided. Sec. 39:
child labor law violations penalties increased. Sec. 40: previous correctional
fee dedication provision clarified. Sec. 41: federal health care funds credited
