hf1591 SECOND ENGROSSMENT Aquatic restoration grants authorized, shooting range operation provided, predator management proposal required; and turtle licensing, small game, deer tagging and certain angling provisions modified. Section 1: Aquatic restoration grants permitted. Sec. 2: "Person," "shooting range," "generally accepted operation practices," and "unit of government" defined. Sec. 3: Local ordinances for shooting ranges and existing shooting range operations applicability regulations specified. Sec. 4: Closing or relocating shooting ranges criteria and procedures established. Sec. 5: Shooting range nuisance liability defined. Sec. 6: Noise standards for shooting ranges established. Sec. 7: Shooting ranges exempted from nuisance actions. Sec. 8: Decoys added to provisions relating to wild animals. Sec. 9: Federal aid reimbursements to the game and fish fund procedures established. Sec. 10: Federal Aid in Wildlife Restoration Act compliance initiated, restrictions on license revenue established. Sec. 11: Predator management program established.
