SECOND ENGROSSMENT

Insolvent life and health insurance company policyholder maximum dollar amount increased to provide greater comparability with limits of federal deposit insurance of bank accounts, other dollar amounts updated to reflect inflation adjustments already made by law, and prohibited sales practices modified.

Sec. 1: Insurance benefits limitations modified, contractual obligations provided, and dollar amounts increased.

Sec. 2: Prohibited sales practice language modified.

Sec. 3: Forms updated to reflect dollar amount increases.

Sec. 4: Adjustment of liability limits repealed.
